Job Summary

Versa Sportswear Ltd seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across departments. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain an efficient office environment, facilitate communication, and support various clerical functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities

Process Orders, invoices and support financial administration
Answering phones, emails, and taking messages
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials with attention to detail
Providing administrative support to senior members
Prior office experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures and office environments
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
