Maintenance Technician

Join our fast-growing property and hospitality/property investment business!

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our expanding portfolio of properties. This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who takes pride in high standards and enjoys problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up new properties to ensure they are guest-ready, including furniture assembly, fitting lights, disposing of waste.
Regularly inspect and maintain our existing portfolio, ensuring all properties are in top condition.
Maintain property yards, gardens, and outdoor areas to a high standard.
Respond promptly to emergency repairs and reactive maintenance issues.
Possible work on an alternating weekend schedule to support business needs.

Experience & Skills Required:

Essential:

MUST DRIVE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A VEHICLE THAT CAN BE USED FOR WORK

General handywork and maintenance skills
Decorating (painting, wallpapering, basic repairs)

Desirable: (Qualifications and/or certification preferred)

Tiling
Plumbing
Basic electrical work

We’re looking for someone reliable, practical, and able to work independently and as part of a team while keeping our properties in excellent shape. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy varied work in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you
