Location: Rotherham S65 (office-based role ONLY)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + commission
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Positions Available: 1
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm

The Role

We are looking for an experienced 1st Charge Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team at Wednesday Financial Services. Operating as a trading style of Clarke Hendrik Group Ltd, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment in our Rotherham (S65) office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to further develop their career in a supportive, professional, and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

*Dealing with all clients over the telephone.

* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, ensuring recommendations are suitable and fully compliant with FCA regulations.

* Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial enquiry through to completion, maintaining regular communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.

* Keep up to date with the latest mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

* Accurately maintain client records and documentation using our CRM and relevant software systems.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and company objectives.

About You

* At least 1 year’s experience as a Mortgage Advisor in the UK.

* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.

* Newly CeMAP-qualified may be considered, provided you have at least 2 years’ prior sales experience in financial services over the telephone.

* Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and FCA regulations.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

* High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Confident in using a range of software applications and CRM systems.

* Positive, professional attitude.

* Competitive salary and commission structure:
Salary: £35,000 Basic Salary, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £50,000-£60,000 (uncapped)
