Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, helping clients enhance their natural beauty through customised treatments and expert advice. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including gel nails, BIAB, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment area.
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering professional advice.
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure the highest quality of service.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow.
Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and business growth.

Experience

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work flexibly including weekends or evenings if required.
A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is essential. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills can flourish while helping clients look and feel their best. Pay: £12.71 per hour
