Referrals & Partnerships Manager

Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Non Violentiam CIC

About the Role

As Referrals & Partnerships Manager, you will oversee the referral and admissions process, ensuring residents are matched to suitable accommodation and receive a smooth transition into our services. You will build strong relationships with referral partners, promote our services, maximise occupancy and support the continued growth of the organisation.

You will also work alongside the Support Team, providing guidance on complex cases and liaising with external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all referrals from enquiry through to move-in.
Own our outreach process and schemes.
Assess referrals and allocate suitable accommodation.
Build and maintain relationships with Local Authorities and partner agencies.
Promote the organisation and develop new referral opportunities.
Monitor occupancy levels and minimise property voids.
Coordinate resident admissions and onboarding documentation.
Maintain accurate referral records and produce reports.
Support staff with complex resident cases and multi-agency working.
Attend partnership meetings, networking events and professional meetings.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to support service development and continuous improvement.

Social Media & Website Management:
Update and manage the Non Violentiam CIC Facebook page to engage with potential referral sources.
Assist in maintaining the organization’s website to reflect current services and opportunities.
Administrative Duties:
Answer incoming calls and provide information to potential residents and referral agencies.
Maintain accurate records of referrals and client assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions into accommodation.

Person Specification:

Experience in working with vulnerable individuals, particularly survivors of domestic abuse.
Strong understanding of support pathways and services available for individuals fleeing domestic abuse.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external agencies.
Confident in conducting assessments over the phone with sensitivity and professionalism.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple referrals effectively.
Competence in using social media for engagement and outreach.
Experience in website content management is desirable.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
