Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our organisation while supporting a positive and efficient workplace culture. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing staff, and ensuring that office procedures run seamlessly. Previous experience in office administration or management is preferred, along with proficiency in relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily office activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
Manage administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Oversee correspondence, filing systems, and document management to maintain organisation standards
Liaise with external vendors, clients, and service providers to facilitate smooth operations
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance workflow
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally

Experience

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred
