Are you detail-oriented, organised, and confident in administration? We're looking for a proactive Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team at Residential Management Group (RMG). This role concentrates on Building Safety

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week – a 7.5 hour shift between 8 AM and 5.30PM – we offer flexible working hours around these times

Where will I be working?

You will be based at our offices in Northwich, CW9 7LN.

As a Compliance Officer, you will:

Handle the administration of regulatory legal instructions and update internal databases, including the Building Management System, Compliance Database, and Salesforce.

Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, ensuring timely receipt, review, and upload of reports.

Respond to internal and external compliance queries with clarity and professionalism, providing advice and solutions.

Support the resolution of non-compliance issues to reduce risk to the company and clients.

Identify and escalate risks to performance against compliance requirements.

Follow company processes, procedures, and policies at all times.

Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role as required.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and organisational skills.

Confident use of Microsoft Word and Outlook; basic to intermediate Excel skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a consistently high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

Ability to make decisions independently and collaboratively.

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Desirable:

Experience in the property management industry with a basic understanding of compliance.
