Full job description

Overview

We are a busy and growing traffic management vehicle hire company based in Wrexham, providing specialist vehicles and support services to clients across the region. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our friendly office team.

The Role

This is a varied administrative role at the heart of our operations. You will play a key part in ensuring our hire records, maintenance documentation, and compliance paperwork are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate and timely data entry
Managing and updating vehicle maintenance records
Keeping hire agreements and records up to date and accurate
Preparing and organising documents for audit and compliance purposes
General administrative duties including filing and document management
Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries professionally
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office administration

About You

Previous experience in an administrative role (essential)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Professional telephone manner
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Experience in vehicle hire, transport, or traffic management (desirable but not essential)
