Job Title: Pharmacy Merchandiser

Salary: £30,000 with extensive benefits package

Location: This is a nationwide with extensive UK travel and nights out

Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15

Are you passionate about creating visually appealing and efficient retail spaces? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a talent for implementing effective merchandising strategies?

Phoenix Medical Supplies is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to join our team and make a significant impact across our UK-wide network of Rowlands pharmacies and Numark Member pharmacies.

The Role

As our Nationwide Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through effective product placement and presentation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Implementing planograms across our pharmacy network
Ensuring consistent brand representation and product visibility
Optimising store layouts to maximise sales potential
Collaborating with store managers and staff to maintain merchandising standards

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a motivated individual with:

Solid knowledge of merchandising principles and best practices
Experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a pharmacy setting (though general retail experience is also valuable)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to travel nationwide and work independently
