Full job description

Due to the continued expansion of our busy Training Department, we have a full-time opportunity for an experienced instructor to join our team delivering training at our centre in Peterborough and at client’s sites throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate would be adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

If you have a wide range of experience in Work at Height, Confined Space & Rescue Training and are looking to work with one of the UK’s leading Training Providers, then this is the opportunity for you.

The Role:

To primarily deliver Morsafe Confined Space & Work at Height Training Courses
To deliver Authorising Engineer & Management Courses
Assist on Morsafe Technical Days
Provide technical advice & guidance to Morsafe customers
Ancillary tasks to support company needs outside of training (Reviewing course material, Fixed systems & Fall Protection Equipment Inspections, maintenance of training structures & centre)
Supporting Training/Product sales team

Desired experience and skills:

Experience in Work at Height, Confined Space and Rescue training
Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong planning and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & other related programmes
In-date First Aid Certificate
Formal professional instructors’ qualifications Level 3 Award in Education & Training (PTLLS)
City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement
IOSH Managing Safely
First Aid at Work
UK Driving Licence

Morsafe would be happy to develop the right applicant, providing Work at Height, Confined Space & Authorising Engineer training & qualifications if required.

This is a fulltime position, with flexible hours (based on around a 40-hour week).

20 days holiday per annum plus statutory bank holidays.

Company vehicle will be made available for offsite work.

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
