Full job description

Zero Based Hours - self employed position.

```Duties:```

- To be available during the day and afterschool hours up to no later than 6pm

- To be available 2 Saturdays per month

- To support families and supervisors during their family time - setting up and tidying away equipment

- To step in any inappropriate behaviour

- Greeting and signing families in and out accurately
- To supervise family time between separated families and produce an accurate observational report ( training will be given) sometimes in the local community
- To be trustworthy and confidential
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records with support from other staff

```Experience:```
- Minimum of 2 year of experience working with vulnerable families, preferably in a similar setting
- Experience working with children and families is highly preferred
- To work within our policies and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other professionals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Understanding of safeguarding children and families

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Experience:

working with vulnerable families: 2 years (preferred)
working with children: 2 years (preferred)
