We are the only trauma recovery-based Learning Disability provider in the UK for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a children’s residential service supporting young people with learning disabilities and EBD
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and safeguarding standards
Promote positive outcomes through structured, therapeutic approaches
Support, mentor, and develop staff teams
Maintain high standards of care, behaviour management, and documentation

Requirements:

Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in children’s residential services (LD/EBD preferred)
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Experience managing behaviours that challenge
Strong leadership, resilience, and communication skills
