We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused EPC Assessor & Administrator to join our Property Services (Energy) team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in improving the energy efficiency of our homes, helping reduce carbon emissions, lower energy costs for residents, and deliver high-quality services that truly make a difference.
About the role:
This is a varied, hands-on position combining energy assessment, surveying and administration.
You will:

Carry out EPC assessments and RdSAP surveys across our housing portfolio

Support the delivery of our energy improvement programme
-
Act as a key contact for tenants, ensuring an excellent customer experience

Maintain accurate data to support compliance, funding and performance
-
Coordinate with contractors, colleagues and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently
Your work will directly contribute to sustainable homes and improved customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:

Arrange and attend tenant appointments for surveys and inspections
-
Produce and issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
-
Identify retrofit and energy efficiency opportunities
-
Provide advice and guidance to tenants on energy-saving measures
-
Maintain and update property and asset data systems
-
Support funding submissions and programme reporting
-
Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally
-
Raise works orders and support operational delivery
-
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors
What we are looking for:
Essential
-
Qualified in Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA)
-
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
-
Experience in administration and customer service
-
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and database systems
-
Experience carrying out EPCs or property surveys
-
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and work under pressure
-
Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach
-
Understanding of health & safety and data protection

Ability to travel to various locations
