Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Aftersales Manager to lead our after-sales service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and managing after-sales processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your leadership skills and technical knowledge within a dynamic automotive or retail environment. The Aftersales Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Lead, motivate, and develop the aftersales team to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Monitor service quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments such as sales and workshop teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Skills

Proven experience in a customer service or management role within an automotive or retail environment.
