Job description - Events based sales

BENEFITS: Full-time, no experience needed, weekly pay, immediate start available

G P Promotions is searching for five sales orientated people to run our sales teams. We are looking for ambitious sales people with excellent communication skills who can move swiftly into managing their own sales team within our organisation.

The events team leader role:

Fast paced sales
Dealing with customers face to face
Training new sales people
Learning the recruitment side of our business
Develop a vast knowledge on our clients and products
High OTE as an extra
Earn overrides from team performance
Monday and Friday 9am - 6pm, including 1 hour of in house training daily

At G P Promotions, we pride ourselves in putting the customer first and creating memorable and positive customer experiences. While you may not specifically have retail or customer service experience, we do require team leadership skills and experience, a natural ability for striking up a conversation and a performance driven mentality.

Trainee team leaders must have:

Have a focused approach to customers and a genuine desire to engage
Have an ability to work under your own initiative
Be able to teach and train effectively
Be friendly & personable
Have a desire to further and progress their career into a management role in the future
Full availability between Monday and Friday (9am - 6pm)

We will provide full product training and sales coaching. If new team members show potential, they have multiple opportunities to move into other departments such as Client management, management training and cross-train for other clients.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a work-from-home position. Successful candidates will deal with our customers face-to-face so you must have excellent image and communication skills to be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to commute to Manchester city centre, full availability Monday to Friday, and be eligible to work in the UK.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £300.00-£1,200.00 per week (base pay weekly plus OTE)

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Student Visas not accepted due to our minimum hour requirements

Candidates must be 18 or over
