Full job description

We are currently recruiting for an Sales Advisor to join a fast-growing and dynamic team based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and developing a career within the insurance industry.

Whether you have previous experience in insurance or come from a strong customer service or sales background, full training will be provided with clear progression into specialist and advisory roles.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers regarding insurance products and policies
Provide clear, accurate information and guide customers through available options
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Deliver a high level of customer service while working towards individual and team targets
Accurately update and maintain customer records on internal systems
Support administrative tasks and ensure compliance with industry standards

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling information
Comfortable using computer systems and learning new platforms
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centre, or insurance is advantageous but not essential
