About the role

Sales Support Administrator (National Accounts)

Location: Business Support Centre, Langley Road South, Salford, M6 6TZ
Salary: £26,830 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the role

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our Business Support Centre team.

In this fast-paced role, you'll provide essential support to our National Account Managers and customers, helping to ensure pricing, contracts, customer information and administrative processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with internal teams and key customers, delivering excellent support and helping to create a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Supporting National Account Managers and their customers
Maintaining and validating customer contract pricing
Producing and updating customer price lists
Coordinating customer samples and product allocations
Analysing sales and customer data using Excel and reporting tools
Managing customer queries and resolving issues
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring information is processed accurately and deadlines are met

What we're looking for

Previous administration, sales support or customer service experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence using Excel and working with data
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
