We are seeking an experienced General Foreman, with a proven background in earthworks and highways, to lead workforce and subcontractors, manage site operations, drive project delivery and maintain the highest standards for health, safety and environment.

Extensive, hands-on background in bulk earthworks and road construction.
Strong understanding of heavy plant operations.
Exceptional leadership skills.
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.

Determining efficient methodologies for works delivery and communicating these to engineers, management and workforce or subcontractors.
Supporting the project behavioural safety programme to maintain a high performing, collaborative culture within the team.
Directing site operations, managing subcontractors and coordinating daily workloads for plant and labour.
Setting the highest standards for health and safety and environmental compliance.
Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with project specifications.
Ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with the programme and budget, identifying strategies to improve schedule and cost performance.
