Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Company: Fexco Property Services

Location: Salisbury

Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible hours between 8:45-5:15) Hourly rate.

About this Role:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Customer Service & Experience Team based at our Head Office in Salisbury. Working as part of our Front Line Customer Service Team you'll be our customers first point of contact, responding to contacts via telephone, email and customer portals initially with other contact channels planned to go live later in the year.

Some Responsibilities and Goals you’ll own:

Working as part of a team, across all brands within the group, to ensure customer contacts are handled within the company service level agreements and to the highest standard.
Escalating contacts that require specialist support as appropriate.
Liaising with Property Managers regarding account queries from clients.
Completing full and comprehensive call logs and notes
Negotiating payment plans for property owners and bi-monthly payment reconciliations to ensure payments are made.
Updating of accounts information on various systems
Perform office management duties including managing post, ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, and assisting with reception duties when required
Manage administration inboxes, responding to messages and working with other functions to gather information where appropriate
Conduct mail merges and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports.
Log complaints and facilitate the complaints process.
Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Leadership Team

Essential Skills:

A desire to help customers and deliver a high standard of customer assistance.
Previous customer service/administration experience.
Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A confident and assured telephone manner.
Multi-mailbox management experience.
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
An effective and enthusiastic team player.
Self-motivated and target driven.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Capable of working under pressure during busy periods.
Experience of high-volume of daily calls and emails.
Reliable with excellent timekeeping

Bonus Skills:

Experience of using QUBE system.
Experience with Webchatand knowledge of Zendesk
