& Elves Needed!

Join our festive team as a Santa & Elves / Actor, where you will bring holiday magic to life for visitors of all ages to Oakleys Farm Staffordshire! In this lively and engaging role, you will embody the spirit of Santa Claus or be part of the enchanting Elf team, creating memorable experiences through storytelling, singing, dancing, and interactive performances. Your energy and warmth will help spread joy and holiday cheer, making every guest feel special and immersed in the holiday spirit. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your acting talents, communication skills, and love for the holiday season in a fun and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Portray Santa Claus or Elf characters with enthusiasm, authenticity, and a joyful demeanor to entertain guests of all ages
Engage visitors through storytelling, and interactive activities that enhance their festive experience
Maintain a cheerful and welcoming attitude while managing multiple guest interactions throughout each shift
Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and event coordinators to deliver seamless entertainment experiences
Contribute to creating a magical environment by maintaining the appearance of costumes and props

Requirements

Passion for spreading holiday cheer with a lively, energetic personality
Experience in dancing or performing arts is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences of all ages confidently
Ability to teach simple dance routines or interactive activities to guests if needed
Excellent communication skills to interact warmly with visitors and team members
Comfortable wearing costumes or props for extended periods and standing for long durations
Prior experience in acting, teaching, or performing arts is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
