Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie pizzaiolo to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pizza preparation and a genuine enthusiasm for creating authentic, high-quality dishes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a vibrant restaurant environment, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook authentic pizzas according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in the organisation of the kitchen station to maintain efficiency and cleanliness
Monitor and control portion sizes to minimise waste while maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
Support the broader kitchen team with meal preparation and other duties as required
Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including food safety protocols

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations, preferably within a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to pizza making and general meal preparation
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a professional kitchen environment
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Previous experience serving in a fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous
Passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail in presentation and quality assurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
