We arrange tailored cover for a wide range of assets, including supercars, classic car collections, renovations, yachts, fine homes, jewellery, watches, handbags, art, and other high-value collectibles.

Alongside our brokerage, we also launched Collection Cover — a fully digital insurance platform designed for modern collectors, enabling clients to manage cover for watches, jewellery, handbags, art, trading cards, memorabilia, and luxury collectables entirely online.

We are a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business focused on combining specialist insurance expertise with modern digital experiences and exceptional client service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Insurance Broker, located in Reading. The Junior Insurance Broker will assist our clients by analysing their insurance needs, recommending suitable coverage plans, and providing professional advice on policies.

The role involves managing client accounts, preparing quotes, coordinating with insurance providers, cultivating client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

The Junior Insurance Broker role also includes supporting Collection Cover, a fully digital insurance platform for high-value collectables such as watches, jewellery, art, handbags, and memorabilia. This involves speaking with prospective collectors, explaining how the platform works, helping clients through the quote process, and ensuring they receive a high level of service throughout their experience.

Qualifications

Experience or knowledge in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance is ideal but not a requirement.
Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
Effective communication and relationship management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
An aptitude for learning new systems.
Prior experience in the insurance or financial industries is advantageous.
Relevant certifications, licenses, or a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
