Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing projects, and analysing market trends to optimise outreach. Duties

Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively
Analyse market data and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget
Utilise Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office suite to prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
Foster relationships with business partners and stakeholders in B2B marketing environments
Coordinate with creative teams to produce compelling content and promotional materials
Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels through effective communication skills
Organise events, webinars, or promotional activities to enhance brand visibility

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing management or related roles, preferably within B2B sectors
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and consumer behaviour insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or projects
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing functions and digital platforms
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields are desirable
