Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Food and Beverage Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face behind the counter, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your energy and attention to detail will help maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling dishes or replenishing supplies
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or guests during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with serving techniques and guest service principles enhances performance
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures is advantageous
Basic math skills are necessary for processing payments accurately
Kitchen or culinary experience can be beneficial for supporting food preparation tasks
Strong time management skills are essential to handle fast-paced environments effectively
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are key to success in this role

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
