Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying protective coatings and finishes to kitchen equipment and surfaces, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment. The position offers an opportunity to develop practical skills in fabrication and surface treatment processes.

Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking prior to spraying
Operate spray equipment safely and effectively to apply coatings on kitchen fixtures and appliances
Mix paints, primers, or other substances as required, following specified ratios and procedures
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
Inspect finished surfaces for consistency, coverage, and defects, making necessary adjustments
Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups as needed using hand tools or power tools
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during spraying operations
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
