Reporting to a Principal Project Manager, you'll plan and budget exciting projects from start through to delivery.

You'll support the co-ordination of our programmes of work, working with our Project Management team to maintain back-office systems (Monday.com), enabling effective planning, scheduling and monitoring of the work.

You will be responsible for working with our Resourcing Manager to manager through day-to-day design requests, with the opportunity to take on multi-discipline projects as your role develops.

As we're a national team with offices and resources in multiple locations, you will need to be able to coordinate local and remote teams to deliver the best solution for our clients across multiple disciplines (e.g. branding, events, print, digital, web).
Responsibilities will include

Project Coordination

Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.

Update project schedules and status reports regularly.

Team Collaboration

Act as a liaison between the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders.

Facilitate communication to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

Organise and participate in meetings to gather feedback and clarify objectives.

Resource Management

Coordinate the allocation of resources, such as designers, copywriters, or external vendors.

Track team capacity and flag potential over- or under-utilisation.

Client Interaction

Document client feedback and ensure it is communicated to the team.

Documentation and Reporting.

Maintain project documentation, including briefs, proposals, and contracts.

Generate reports on project status, budgets, and risks for internal review.

Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose solutions to mitigate them.

Escalate major issues to senior project managers or leadership when necessary.

Handle scheduling, fee tracking, and procurement tasks related to projects.

Previous experience working within a professional environment, ideally within a creative/digital agency or similar.

Project management skills, with some experience and understanding of project management methods and tools.

Strong client management skills with the proven ability to add value.

Able to use standard Microsoft office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
