Full job description

Salary: £26,520 pro rata per annum plus commission
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week over 5 days
Shifts: Monday to Sunday rota, between 09:00 – 19:00
Location: Lincoln Showroom, LN2 4ZS

Closing date: Thursday 16th July 2026

Our Sales Advisors are the face of our business. As a Sales Advisor, you will:

Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times
Build a relationship with our customers to determine their specific needs
Identify opportunities for upselling while being mindful of our customer demographic
Demonstrate how to use our products, including dismantling and lifting

About you

To be considered for the position of Sales Advisor, you will need:

Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through previous work experience
Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to adapt based on the individual
An empathetic, caring and patient approach
Computer/IT proficiency, with the ability to learn and master our computer order system
The ability to learn and retain key information across a large range of products

Sales experience is not an essential requirement, but you should be comfortable and confident interacting with people to sell our products and meet Showroom targets.
