YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator at Danby Castle, who's ready to dive headfirst into a world of romance and celebration. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Love Struck Coordination: Embark on a magical journey with your couple to transform their wedding dreams into reality. You will be there to support and guide them every step of the way leading up to and on the day.
- A Match Made at Danby Castle: With your exceptional service and heartfelt care, you will build a special bond with each couple, ensuring their wedding is unique and truly memorable.
- Celebrate Success: Dance, cheer, and maybe even throw some confetti every time you flawlessly deliver a beautiful wedding.
· The serious bits include:
· Reporting to the Lead Wedding Coordinator.
· Attending daily and weekly staff meetings as needed.
· Assisting Head Office to execute marketing campaigns by providing authorised content photo/video/social media content of weddings and events.
· Conducting venue show rounds for booked couples and suppliers on request.
· Booking and conducting final detail meetings with couples to obtain all the data necessary for creating bespoke documents and planning of their wedding day.
· Organising food tasting sessions for booked couples and attending/running these sessions.
· Liasing with suppliers.
· Coordinating the wedding day and providing support to couples on their day.
· Overseeing full food service to ensure that it is on time and professional.
· Applying all company policies and procedures particularly concerning wedding delivery, Health and Safety.
· Creating and maintaining accurate and orderly department administration throughout and after the weddings.

Pay: £27,500.00 per year
