Your role on our team:

As a Machine Demonstration & Installation Specialist, you will collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and that our staff are well-informed about the latest advancements and features

Your profile:

This role is based in the East Midlands area, traveling between depots.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth operational knowledge and support for all CLAAS and third-party machines including on board digital products.

Main Duties:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of CLAAS and third-party products and how to optimise the operation of these products on site with customers.
Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate a varied range of products highlighting the features and benefits to the customer.
Plan and carry out the handover process of new and used products liaising with the sales and aftersales teams to enable a seamless and high-level experience for the customer.
You will continually work with customers to optimize their products to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
Serve as a first point of contact for customers with Connected Support Packages.
Serve as secondary point of contact for technical queries from service departments for off-board products.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure optimal product performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the agricultural equipment industry or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of tractors, implements, harvesters, and digital technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
