Elda Beauty is an award-nominated beauty salon specialising in lashes, brows and professional education. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional treatments, outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards within the industry.

We’re looking for a passionate Lash & Brow Artist to join our growing team. Whether you’re newly qualified with a basic understanding of brow waxing, tinting and lash lifting, or you’re an experienced therapist looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing high-quality lash and brow treatments.
Delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation through to aftercare.
Maintaining excellent hygiene and professional standards.
Building strong relationships with clients.
Keeping your work area clean, organised and presentable.
Supporting the growth of the business through professionalism and excellent customer care.
Assisting with salon content creation and social media when required.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

Is reliable, honest and professional.
Has a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is eager to learn and continuously develop their skills.
Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply having a job.

Essential

A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent), or currently qualified in relevant beauty treatments.
Basic knowledge of eyebrow waxing, eyebrow tinting and lash lifting.
Excellent customer service skills.
Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

Experience in lash extensions.
Brow lamination experience.
Previous salon experience.
Confidence creating social media content.
