We are seeking a Director of Consulting Services to lead consulting operations, oversee client delivery, and support long-term growth across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead consulting service delivery, client advisory activities, and operational planning
Oversee consultants, project workflows, service standards, and client engagement
Develop strategies to improve service quality, client satisfaction, and business performance
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders
Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, timelines, and consulting outcomes
Support proposal development, business development, and client relationship management
Prepare senior-level reports, recommendations, and improvement plans

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in business consulting, professional services, client advisory, operations consulting, or business transformation
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working with business clients, consulting teams, or strategic service delivery is an advantage

Skills

Project delivery and performance oversight

Budget monitoring and strategic reporting
Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related field is preferred

Pay: £68,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
