Part Time - 4 days per week, including every second weekend

Are you truly customer-focused with a passion for creating a memorable sales experience (for all the right reasons!)?

We are seeking a Display Site Sales Manager to have joint responsibility for our display site based at The Greenhouse People, Dobbies Garden World, Boclair Road, Milngavie, Glasgow, G62 6EP - one of our 30+ UK display sites.

In this role, you will not only be responsible for driving sales but also ensuring the site looks visually appealing and well-maintained. If you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for delivering outstanding customer service, when achieving a sales, this could be your perfect role!

You will:

sell our full range of high-quality greenhouses and garden buildings direct to customers
use your passion for customer service to provide an exceptional customer experience to help customers purchase THEIR perfect building - yes, you really can help dreams come true!
take pride in the display site – ensure that the site and buildings are well maintained and look their best. A reasonable level of physical fitness is required - amongst other things, there is a lot of glass to clean!
use IT systems with confidence
have a high standard of spoken and written English, to communicate professionally and effectively - face-to-face, on the telephone and via email
normally work a four day out of seven rota, involving every second weekend (0900-1700 Monday-Saturday, 1030 - 1630 Sunday)
work with the other Display Site Sales Manager or on your own - self-motivation is a must. No people management required
occasionally work at other display sites as part of your training or to cover holidays etc.

In return for being the face of The Greenhouse People you will receive:

a full-time starting salary of £22 500 increasing to £24 800 on successful completion of probation
uncapped commission - typically a minimum of £3 500 per annum
