About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Learning Operations to lead programme delivery, oversee operational performance, and support continued growth across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead learning operations, programme delivery, and education service workflows
Oversee training teams, learning schedules, resources, and service standards
Develop strategies to improve learner engagement, programme quality, and operational efficiency
Coordinate with instructors, learners, clients, partners, and internal teams
Monitor programme performance, learner feedback, budgets, risks, and operational reports
Support staff development, quality assurance, and process improvement
Prepare senior-level reports, recommendations, and service improvement plans

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in education services, learning operations, training management, student support, or programme leadership
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working with learning programmes, training teams, education providers, or professional development services is an advantage

Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Learning and Development, Management, or a related field is preferred
Professional certifications in education management, learning and development, programme management, or leadership are an advantage

Pay: £64,000.00-£94,000.00 per year
