Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Self Employed Cleaner to provide professional cleaning services to a diverse range of clients. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to operate independently, delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in various cleaning environments. Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is advantageous, alongside skills in cooking and customer service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
Manage your own schedule to meet client appointments efficiently
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, adhering to client specifications
Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and feedback professionally
Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as deep cleans or specialised surface treatments when required
Prepare light refreshments or organise food-related tasks if relevant to client requests (optional skill)

Requirements

Proven experience in janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred
Skills in cooking or food preparation are considered an advantage but are not essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments independently
Reliable transport and a valid driving licence are desirable for travelling between clients’ locations
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different cleaning environments
A professional attitude with attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
