We’re looking for someone who is not only passionate about high-quality care, but also commercially aware, proactive, and confident out in the community—someone who enjoys networking, spotting opportunities, and building a strong local presence.

What You’ll Do

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing care team
Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate standards
Oversee care planning, rotas, audits, and quality assurance
Drive recruitment, retention, and staff engagement
Build strong local partnerships and networks
Support business growth and contribute to commercial success

What You’ll Need

SVQ Social Services & Healthcare Level 4 (SCQF Level 9) or equivalent
Experience in homecare with strong operational knowledge (care plans, rotas, audits)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Right to work in the UK
Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, or ambitious Deputy ready to step up
A confident, friendly personality with strong relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and a proactive, growth-focused mindset
