Full job description

Are you an experienced senior lead with strong customer service experience looking for a step up and wanting to join a fast paced, flexible, challenging business who are obsessed caring about their people and customers? What you will be doing:

Leading and supporting a team of customer service advisors
Driving performance against KPIs and Service Standards
Coaching colleagues through regular feedback and support
Resolving escalated customer issues
Identifying improvements to enhance customer experiences
Supporting your fellow team leaders during periods of leave and sickness
