Overview

Working across a diverse range of instructions including commercial premises, investment properties, development opportunities, hospitality businesses, retail operations, and mixed-use assets, you will be responsible for generating new business, winning instructions, conducting valuations, managing sales campaigns, and guiding transactions through to completion.

The role offers a blend of office-based, remote, and client-facing work, providing autonomy and variety within a professional environment.

The Company:

Key Responsibilities:

Generating new business opportunities through networking, marketing initiatives, and relationship building
Conducting market appraisals, valuations, and securing sales and agency instructions
Producing marketing materials including sales particulars, investment memoranda, photography, floorplans, and virtual tours
Managing property and business listings across portals, websites, social media platforms, and marketing channels
Handling enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and negotiating sales transactions
Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, due diligence requirements, and maintaining accurate client records

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven track record within commercial property, estate agency, business sales, or a related sector
Experience conducting valuations and negotiating sales transactions
Strong business development and client relationship management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and compliance standards
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle

Pay: £50,000.00 per year
