Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operation Administrator to support our administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations, managing data entry, and providing excellent support to our team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and proficiency in office software to contribute to a professional environment.

Duties

Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Maintain organised records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Assist with invoicing and bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials as required
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with supplies
Support team members with various clerical tasks to enhance overall efficiency

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy
Strong organisational abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
