Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily bar activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing a talented team of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for mixology, a strong background in food and beverage service, and proven leadership skills to create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the bar team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
Oversee food preparation and beverage service to ensure high standards of quality and presentation
Manage daily operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations
Develop innovative drink menus and promote specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to food production and alcohol service
Train staff on serving techniques, responsible alcohol service, and hospitality best practices
Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly to maintain excellent service standards

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes
Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars, including serving guests efficiently and courteously
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Knowledge of kitchen operations, barista experience is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
