Experienced Heating Installation Engineer

Teesside | County Durham | North Yorkshire

As one of the highest-rated heating companies in the region, we're looking for an experienced Heating Installation Engineer who shares our commitment to quality and wants to be part of a growing, forward-thinking team.

This is predominantly an installation role, working on a wide range of heating systems, with a particular focus on Worcester Bosch gas boilers, but the role will continue to grow to include oil & LPG boilers, air source heat pumps and air conditioning systems. We also maintain and service a wide range of gas and oil appliances throughout Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
No weekend rota
No on-call rota
No bathroom installation work – we specialise in heating & cooling
Manufacturer training with Worcester Bosch
Ongoing investment in additional qualifications and career development

What You'll Be Doing

Installing Worcester Bosch gas boilers and full central heating systems
Installing oil & LPG boilers, air source heat pumps and air conditioning systems (training provided)
Working with vented and unvented hot water systems
Fault finding, diagnostics, servicing and repairs where required
Delivering a first-class customer experience on every job
Maintaining the high standards our customers know us for

A strong understanding of heating system design, configuration and operation is essential.

Training & Career Development

We believe in investing in our people and offer ongoing manufacturer and industry training, including:

Worcester Bosch manufacturer training
Air Source Heat Pumps
Air Conditioning & F-Gas
LPG
OFTEC
Commercial Gas

Existing qualifications in any of these areas would be an advantage but are not essential.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CPA1
A full, clean UK driving licence
Experience driving commercial vans
Proven experience installing boilers and heating systems
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience with vented and unvented hot water cylinders
A solid plumbing and heating background
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail
The ability to work independently or as part of a close-knit team
Honesty, integrity and pride in producing high-quality work

Applicants should live within Teesside, County Durham or North Yorkshire.
