Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Assess patient conditions and document observations accurately to inform treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care strategies.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
Maintain strict adherence to healthcare protocols, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
Assist in emergency situations with prompt and effective response.
Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment provided in compliance with legal and organisational requirements.

Requirements

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant professional body.
Strong knowledge and experience of handling Syringe Drivers, PEGs and Catheters
Proven experience in patient care within a hospital or clinical setting is desirable.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Organised, detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
