Job Title: Teacher
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning. As a Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and futures of our children, helping them to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that align with curriculum objectives and cater to the diverse learning needs of children. Create a positive and inclusive playroom environment that fosters a love of learning, respect for others, and a sense of belonging. Establish clear learning goals and objectives for each lesson, and regularly assess and monitor children progress to track their academic growth and development. Implement a variety of instructional strategies, teaching methods, and learning resources to actively engage children in the learning process and promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Provide constructive feedback and support to children, individually and in groups, to help them overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve success. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support children learning and well- being, and participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children attendance, assessments, and grades, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and achievements. Adhere to the provision's policies, procedures, and guidelines, and always uphold professional standards of conduct and ethics. Participate in staff meetings, departmental meetings, and events, and contribute to the overall development and enhancement of the provision community. Stay abreast of current trends, best practices, and innovations in education through ongoing professional development and continuous learning opportunities.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Education or Master's Degree preferred. Valid teaching certification or licensure. Proven experience as a classroom teacher, preferably in a similar educational setting. Solid understanding of educational principles, pedagogy, and curriculum development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics, maintain discipline, and promote positive behaviour management strategies. Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and meet the diverse learning needs of children. Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to children success and well-being. Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced educational environment.
