Job Summary
We're looking for a confident and people-focused Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an L&D background who wants to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and grow into a key training specialist within the company. Key Responsibilities:

Training Compliance & Administration

Maintaining and update training logs, including forklift licenses, first aid certificates, and all other mandatory training records.
Ensure training records are accurate, up to date and compliant with internal and external requirements.
Schedule refresher training and proactively flag upcoming expiries.

Training Design & Delivery

Create, develop and deliver internal training sessions inhouse to around 250 staff across 16 sites, including Microsoft skills, systems training, Sales focused training and more.
Build structured training programmes from scratch, ensuring content is engaging, practical and tailored to staff needs.
Deliver confident, effective Sales training to support our commercial teams.

Induction & Onboarding

Lead the induction process for new starters at Head office.
Design and deliver induction sessions that give new employees a strong, positive introduction to the business.

L&D Strategy & Collaboration

Work closely with the HR Manager to identify training needs across the business.
Suggest new ways of working, improvements to training processes and opportunities to enhance staff development and improve productivity.
Support the creation of a long-term learning & Development roadmap.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings energy and confidence, and a genuine passion for developing people. You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Experienced in Learning & Development or training delivery
Confident presenting to groups of all sizes
Comfortable designing training content from scratch
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
A strong communicator who can build relationships across the business.
Someone who enjoys suggesting improvements.
Keen to grow your skills, we'll invest in your own development too.
Experience delivering sales training or working with commercial teams is a strong advantage.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
