HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SME Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on selling Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions to the regulated/ unregulated market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, prospecting into ICP accounts, conducting demonstrations and closing new business opportunities.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, prospect and pursue new business opportunities within the SMB regulated and unregulated space
Self generate SME meetings to conduct discovery sessions, identify challenges, propose a solution and progress to close
Conduct research to understand client needs and tailor AML solution presentations accordingly
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, SDRs and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to SME sales.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
Any other duties as reasonably requested

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets.
In-depth knowledge of AML regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects
Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Hubspot
