Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Car Valeter/Detailer and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle presentation and customer satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, detailing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring each car looks its best and is ready for delivery or display. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us create a memorable experience for every customer. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle care while contributing to a professional and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and detail vehicles inside and out using appropriate cleaning products, tools, and techniques
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, or imperfections and address issues promptly
Prepare vehicles for customer delivery or display by performing polishing, vacuuming, washing, waxing, and interior cleaning
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Assist with moving vehicles within the lot or garage as needed using safe driving practices
Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a secure working environment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any specific vehicle presentation requests or questions

Requirements

Valid driving license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various vehicle types safely
Previous janitorial or vehicle cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness in all tasks
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods; physically fit to handle cleaning tasks
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for shifts and move vehicles around the lot or facility
