Full job description

Part-time Bookkeeper / PA required at small family business in Longbridge Deverill

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented self-employed Bookkeeper / PA to support the day-to-day administration and financial record-keeping of our storage business.

Key Responsibilities:

General office administration
Managing correspondence and diaries
Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
Processing invoices and payments
Bank reconciliations
Liaising with tenants, clients and customers
Adhoc tasks on behalf of the business owners

What we’re looking for:

Previous bookkeeping and administrative experience essential
Strong IT skills, including Excel & Word
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience with XERO accounting software essential
Preferably AAT certified
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Start date 1st September with handover period in August. (Ongoing support available remotely)

Location: Longbridge Deverill

Hours: 8-10 per week, over two days (one day on site)

Salary tbc: £25-£30 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
