Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and explain treatment options
Support the team during busy periods by managing appointment schedules and client flow
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for all clients and staff

Skills

Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
Passion for beauty and skincare with a keen interest in learning new techniques
Basic understanding of makeup application methods
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, approachable attitude
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well within a team environment
Eagerness to develop professional skills through training and hands-on experience
