Temporary Kitchens is a well-established, family-run company providing high-quality temporary kitchen solutions across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a hands-on trade environment. and must be practical and confident using tools

This is a great opportunity to work in a skilled, varied role.

The Role

You’ll be involved in a mix of workshop and on-site work, including:

Preparing and refurbishing temporary kitchen units
Installing and dismantling units on client sites
Fitting panels, partitions, and internal components
Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance
Supporting deliveries, collections, and project setup

This is a varied, physical role where no two days are the same.

What You Must Have

Full UK Driving Licence
Experience using hand and power tools
Some practical or hands-on work experience (e.g. construction, maintenance, fitting, mechanical work, or similar)
Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Ideal Backgrounds (but not essential)

Trade assistant / improver
Property maintenance / handyman work
Shop fitting / installations
Mechanical or fabrication work
Construction site experience

This Role May NOT Suit

Candidates with only retail or warehouse experience
Those without any hands-on or tool-based experience

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00

(Unpaid lunch break plus two tea breaks)

40 hours per week
Occasional overnight stays may be required depending on site work.
