Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Dental Practice Manager to lead our dental clinic to excellence! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth patient experiences, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency, financial health, and exceptional patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about managing a healthcare practice with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring that both staff and patients feel valued and supported every day.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative functions
Lead and motivate the dental team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of care and service
Manage financial aspects such as billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and budgeting to maintain profitability and financial sustainability
Oversee human resources activities including hiring, onboarding, staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and industry standards
Implement practice policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction
Foster a welcoming environment that promotes excellent patient experiences and encourages repeat visits

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or dental setting with strong management skills
Demonstrated ability in financial management including budgeting, billing processes, and revenue cycle management
Experience in human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
Knowledge of dental practice or a strong background in healthcare management is essential
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and engage with patients professionally
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and compliance requirements
