Full job description

S10 Dental is a modern private practice committed to delivering excellence. We offer treatments from general dentistry to implants, cosmetic orthodontic treatment, full makeovers and much more.

With a stable list of patients, you’ll be leading our dedicated and experienced team to ensure the smooth running of the practice and delivery of the best customer and dental care to our patients.

A Practice Manager with outstanding experience, skills and dedication is required to join a successful team. This is a very rare opportunity that offers career advancement for the right candidate.

As Practice Manager you'll:

be coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team
monitor staff training
ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice
proactively market our practice to drive patient numbers
ensure the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines
effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
supervise banking procedures, arrange payment of staff

Experience requirements:

At least 2 years ‘experience in dental practice management or equivalent
strong knowledge of CQC
excellent leadership skills, compassionate, caring and motivating
commercially minded with an understanding of how to develop the team and the practice
Ability to prioritise tasks and organisation
Excellent IT skills, SOE experience desirable
GDC registered
